She wants a BABY, not a kid, we already have 2 kids, we are so broke, cant pay bills or afford food. She is so desperate to get pregnant, we have decent jobs, work 2 jobs each, she never takes care of the kids we have, just wants to spend more money on credit cards. Why are people like that? If I can't afford something, I dont get it, period. And this BS that kids dont cost much, yeah right. She has to have fertility treatments to help her get pregnant, that runs $1000 a month, which she charges! I really truly love her so much, but her attitude towards money sucks. And she hates kids, has no patience for them, just thinks babies are cute and wants one to look like her, so she can dress it up and show it off! I do all the hard work like diapers and stuff. We cannot afford a baby, period but if she doesnt have one, she says she will be depressed her whole life, like something is missing.

She sounds extremely immature. Please don't give her another baby. You've got two already, work on taking care of those.

Birth Control pills can be dangerous even if the woman has taken them before...They can cause a whole host of problems including life threatening blood clots.
I suggest that instead secretly slipping her the birth control that might cause health problems that the two of you sit down with a mediator or counselor and discuss your opposing opinions. You need to be honest with your wife. As far her happiness, I would say you wouldn't be doing her any favors by helping her get pregnant as you go on to say she doesn't cope well once the baby grows into a child.
Second suggestion : Buy her a very small dog. One she baby, spoil, cuddle and coo over to her heart's content.Some women need, crave the unconditional love that comes with the dependency of baby. Some like the attention pregnancy, and a baby brings to them. Some women want children as as way of attaining a "do-over". They are dissatisfied with themselves and want a child that can become the person they always wanted to be...
Good luck but don't give in just to make her happy. It's your life as well as hers.

She needs counseling. Kids are no toys or material things you acquire and discard at will. She may need psychological help, but it's not enough to slip her with any birth control pills. Two wrongs don't make a right.
