certificates?

i dont know how, but the certificate to access yahoo has been deleted from my computer. it happened after i moved some infected files to my "chest" on my anti-virus. now i cant get into yahoo home page, my mail and messenger. let me know what i can do. you can send it to my e-mail, as i am writing from my roomates computer. thanks [e-mail]

Remove IE and Yahoo Messenger and reinstall.
