I suck at this stuff too. It looks like salt (NaCl), water (H2O), and potassium oxide (PO3). I'm guessing SALT WATER TAFFY, but I may just be hungry.

PO4 3- + H+ ===> HPO4=

HPO4= + H+ ===> HPO4-

The first ionization constant of H3PO4 is very high, so you don't just get

PO4 3- + 3H+ ===> H3PO4
