so wat do u ppl think of this new birth control that eliminates ur period? im seriously considering this.

Many women have already been doing this for years, using the birth control pill. I have done it for almost 3yrs, due to serious problems with my periods. The period you get on the pill IS NOT A REAL PERIOD. It is a withdrawl symptom of taking the sugar pills instead of hormone pills. There is nothing harmful about skipping your periods. We have periods so that the uterus lining is fresh, new and healthy each month, so give us the best chance of falling pregnant.

EDIT: Hi Terri...mind giving some decent reason why women should have to go thru this agony each month? For some of us it is hell...did u even BOTHER to check out the link I provided...I think you should take a look!!

I would wait a few years before trying this as it is fairly new to the market.

We do not know enough about it, side affects, long term affects, etc to want me to use it.

Frankly I don't think its right not having a period so I probably won't ever choose this pill.
