Well let’s see.
My Mom is 5’9 and my Dad is 6’6
When I was going into the 6th grade that summer I grew a foot and went from 5 foot to 6 foot and all my classmates did not recognize me.
By the time I was a sophomore, I was 6’10 and by the time I graduated from High School I was 7’2, Oh by the way, I don’t recommend growing a foot in a summer, it was very painful.
So, with all that being said, I’d say with tall parents, grandparents and uncles you have an excellent chance of being a very tall man. Somewhere around 6’6, I’d say. But, then again who knows, my family doctor told me I could grow until I was 26 and believe me I was holding my breath the whole time. Ha! LOL!

I'm tall but my sister is similar in your situation. She recommends you get tons of vitamin D and Calcium for bone growth. Eat lots of protein-packed meals and stretch all you can, especially in your back and legs. Exercise and keep a balanced diet and stay away for sugary drinks like soda and energy drinks. Make sure u sit up straight and don't slouch (probably a disadvantage for tall people). Essential things are to get good calcium and vitamin d (which you get naturally from the sun) and to keep a healthy back and stretch. Other than that depending on your gender you may grow a lot more. I know a lot of freshman that are short. I didn't have that problem because i had hit my growth spurt early at the start of 8th grade. Just be patient you will grow eventually. Your only 14 so usually you may stop growing by ages 17-21. You have a long way to go.

At this time in your life you could be done growing or throw on a last minute spurt and shoot up a couple to four inches. I have known guys that at 17 or 18 gained as much as 3 inches in a short period of time (2-3 months). I was pretty well done growing at 17 but everyone is different.

Well , ironically I am in virtually the same situation. So exact it is almost scary, I havent grown in like two years though. I dont think i will grow anymore, but for you... i might say six feet exactly. The growth spurt will probably hit your freshman year of college. Then you will be done.

Between 6 - 6'2" you will continue to grow another few inches. No more spurts.

You are now 17 and still growing. You will slow down the grow when hitting 21. You will grow taller than your dad.

I'd say 6"1'. That's a great height. Definitely not short, yet not too tall.
