Absolutely, and I teach my children to look upon them as heroes and thank them whenever they see a person in uniform.

I support the troops for the job they have been trained to do, their duty. The unwaivering patriotism and no questions is an amazing quality to have, I respect them fully. However, I do not support George Bush. He has never served, has his own interests served (oil rights) and has not, will not listen to anyone about coming home. He is willing to keep sacrificing lives for what? Another country? We need more help here back at home. I'm sorry, but I feel sorry for the troops. They are literally stuck between a rock and a hard place.

The troops are following the orders of their Commander-in-Chief. They will follow his orders to the letter, and without hesitation. I support their actions and will stand by them, regardless of what I think of the military action they are involved with. I grew up during the Vietnam War, and joined the United States Air Force, one month before the fall of Siagon. I didn't agree with that war, but I did my duty as I saw fit. In closing, yes I do support our men and women in uniform. They are doing an honorable job, and we should all be proud of the job they do.

Absolutely! Our young men and women in uniform deserve our gratitude and complete support.

As for the Bush family's 'war' in Iraq, that's another matter.
All 535 members of the most arrogant, despicable, greedy, reprehensible, cowardly, corrupt Republican-led Congress in U.S. history [that turned its back on our Constitution and allowed George W. Bush to disregard our nation's laws], along with George W. Bush, Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld deserve to be tried in an international tribunal for high crimes against humanity,a nd - if convicted - should HANG jut as they HANGED Hussein.
Our troops were 'conned' into believing their were in Iraq sacrificing their lives in order to bring democracy to that country. The fact is, they were LIED to, as were the people of this nation. We are there for only three 'lame' reasons:
1. To satisfy a personal vendetta the Bush family had against Saddam Hussein;
2. To steal all of Iraq's cheap, easily-accessible OIL;
3. To boost the sagging profits of those corporations who are part of the giant U.S. military-industrial complex (which Eisenhower warned us about 60 years ago), including the newest members of that 'complex', the Carlyle Group and Halliburton (both companies have direct ties to the Bush-Cheney White House).
Support our troops? Unconditionally!
Support Bush's insipid war? Absolutely not!

I DO NOT support the "reason" that our troops and troops from other countries are there.

I DO and always will support our troops, no matter the reason why they are sent.
