dude cmon man. ninjas hate pirates because they aint sneaky and just rape and pilage. pirates hat ninjas because they kill for a reason and dont take any damn treasure. and they also live on land and only come out when the sun is down. in asian terms pirate move like stomping elephant while ninjas move like paper in wind. lol

it's because the porates stole stuff before the ninjas could./
ninja territory was in concealed locations, while pirates opened ont he high seas. A ninja couldn't easily sneak up to a pirate ship while it was out a sea.
Pirates never really made fortresses in ninja territory either. In Japan, they'd make an offshore island or volcano thier home. No ninja could approach without being seen.

Well pirates and Ninjas have never really met up with each other also there is a huge time period and distance that separates them.............. I can only guess why they dis-like each other...............................................................
