Fight hate where you find it.Yahoo Answers seems to be a pretty good battle ground to me and what better way to fight it then with knowledge? By the way it is a pretty cheesy slogan.

Y'know, I feel the same way but about the liberals on here. I always thought that liberals were "lovers not haters, flower children," wanting to hug trees and put flowers in the barrels of rifles and sing happy songs. I suppose I fell for the P.R.
The liberals I have encountered on this site are as full of hate and venom as I have ever seen or experienced in my life! Leftists who want to give Al Queida terrorists big sloppy kisses and want "peace at any cost" have shown contempt for this country and the Democratic process on a constant basis. They sound like spoiled children who will not support anything that they didn't choose themselves. "It's what I want," they stamp their collective foot, "or it's WRONG!"
I, too, fear what the libs are doing and have done to this great land. What you and your fellow "true patriots" say and continue to do under the guise of "love" for this country, is a slap in the face to those who have fought and sacrificed so much to keep this country free so you can say the terrible, hateful things you say about it. I, too, fear that liberals of your kind have done and continue to do far greater harm to this country than any terrorist group or rogue state could ever do.
Frankly, I am ashamed that my uncle who gave his life liberating France during WWII or montreaux1991's grandfather fought for the kind of hate so many liberals express on Y!A. Perhaps my uncle is lucky he didn't live to see it.

I was ready to agree with you until you used the term "blood-thirsty war-mongers". Some of us support the war and by the way can still be polite. We are also parents, patriots, grandparents and love our country. The hatred on YA has gotten out of control on both sides. Thank you

i might on no account flow as far as wishing john Cena lifeless/ injured that's only unwell and tousled. Im no longer partial to John Cena the two and that i do no longer whine and whinge on the subject of the particular fact he's or would be the worldwide/ wwe champion. even although he truly isn't the terrific wrestler i've got considered. i do no longer blame him for the PG era the two I blame that on Vince McMahon he has no theory what the followers want at the instant. and that i do no longer understand why human beings take it too far yet consistent with hazard they are too caught with hating him that they do no longer know it truly is in straight forward terms a gimmick and he truly is an ok man or woman.

I definately agree with what you are saying. I personally believe a "best answer" should be able to get voted down by the people who wrote a response to the question.
I also do not like that Yahoo! search engine is becoming overrun with search responses taking you to Yahoo! Answers.
I also see a certain class of our society lining up more and more with the enemy...that is why this is so scary.
Ridiculous.

I am constantly amazed at the hate on here. I honestly try to give a thoughtful answer justifying my opinion of what I think about particular issues. I have been called everything from retarded to a terrorist.
There is no hope to change the opinion of 98% of the hate posters on here.

It's frightening all right. What happened to putting differences aside for the good of the country??
I showed some posts to my WWII vet grandfather & he said, and I quote:
"I fought to preserve America's rights & freedoms... and this is what your generation perverts "free speech" in to? The same hatred that I fought against?"

no you won't. Yahoo answers seems to bow to the neo-cons here who complain about every anti-Bush post.
In the meantime, I see posts calling every female democrat a whore, every male democrat, gay. Those 'answers' are fine by Yahoo answers rules but say anything about the powers that be and you'll get one of those "We've taken away your points for some unspecified violation. Reply here if you're stupid enough to believe someone will actually read it."

I don't agree. Is that seriously their slogan? The truth is you don't know what posters are Americans and what posters aren't. I wouldn't worry about the sky falling based on YA.
