Over in China they are going to execute a government regulator for taking bribes and approving medications he knew were dangerous, the chinese government claims he was responsible for at least 10 deaths.

If the same situation happened here, do you think we would do the same?

Oh come on Jester, you just know if the same thing happened over here the guy wouldn't spend ONE DAY in jail.

The government bears no responsiblity here anymore; this would be tied up in civil court the families would get their settlements, and that would be it.

here he would be found not guilty by reason of insanity and released after 5 years in a medical hospital then we would be elected senator in Mass

He was responsible for murder and is being executed for murder. We have that law in many states.
