i will be in las vegas this weekend (May 31-Jun 4). i am 21. what's the best clubs to go to? what hotspots should i hit up?

You're going to have so much fun! I'd recommend going to Club Rain at the Palms and Club Jet at the Mirage. I had so much fun at both places last summer. Jet has three seperate rooms that cater to different music tastes: rock, R&B, and dance/techno.
I will warn you that waiting times can be very long and the drinks are expensive!! I spent $17 for 2 beers at Jet. I'd recommend you book tickets for all the clubs in advance if you don't want to wait hours in line.
I booked VIP passes from this website before I went to Vegas and I didn't have to wait in line. (About $30-40)

You should go to as many clubs as you can. You're 21 now! and Vegas is the 21 & over playground.
But if you insist on narrowing it down Tao in the Venetian, Body English in Hardrock, Pure, OPM in Ceasars Palace, Ghost Bar & Rain in the Palms, Tangerine in TI..they also have a bar in TI that's cool, can't remember the name though.

ok I live here...here is the rundown of the top clubs in Vegas...Tao Beach Saturday...Jet or Tryst Friday Body english at the hard rock any night....the playboy club at the Palms.....that is it.....you will have a blast....Take a cab!!! You are going to get drunk fast from the heat and the hot women everywhere you go..............mark my words
