I am in the process of writing a book. I get sidetracked VERY easily and I am a full time student as well as working full time right now. I do not have the time to sit and concentrate and write. Are there any publishers out there that will accept the rough draft of a book in a digital format, on a mini-disc or cd or something? I have a voice recorder I am basically telling the story into. Is there any chance of this working, or will I have to pay someone to transcribe it before I send it in?

Most agents and publishers won't even accept mss submitted electronically, let alone in audio format. They don't take rough drafts, either. If you can't find or make the time to sit down and actually write the book, I'm afraid you don't have much of a future in writing.
