Well, President Clinton swore to uphold the Constitution and he certainly didn't do that. President Bush promised to be the education President but then radical Islam attacked us in our homeland so that didn't happen. FDR ran on ending the Great Depression and that was still going strong in his fourth term - however - he stated that the socialists answer to it was bad for America and unthinkable but then took their platform plank by plank and renamed it the new deal. Really, I'd find it hard that any modern President did even a portion of what he said he would.

T Jefferson- said he's respect the law and constitution (which he helped to write).
instead he violated checks and balances numerous times and began the greatest from of political corruption in the US- letting your friends/people get governemnt positions once you are elected
