No, it was for humanitarian reasons. The UN even now lists for Somalia type of government: None. Sad.

Sageands--- : He said it repeatedly on his released videos played by Arab news. It would be rather hard to source something like that but non-political journals such as "Foreign Affairs" have repeatedly cited when they were aired.

No it seems to me that Clinton went into Somalia and Kosovo for purely humanitarian reasons. Something we do not do any more
