The answer should be why didn't we turn that misbegotten country into a land fill after the video of our troops being dragged through the streets.If we had a President who used his b**** for something other than being sucked on we might of not had 9/11!!!

No, it was for humanitarian reasons. The UN even now lists for Somalia type of government: None. Sad.

No it seems to me that Clinton went into Somalia and Kosovo for purely humanitarian reasons. Something we do not do any more

You can thank the Republicans for that one. Big old crocodile tears for the few soldiers killed in the "Black Hawk Down" incident, yet they seem to have no problem with the current bloodbath in Iraq.
