I have never had one problem or delay in getting a response from Yahoo, or abuse, or any other problem that requires their help. If you open help and none of their FAQ gives you the answer you want you then can send them an email to support@yahoo.com You must do it their way so that you get a return ticket with a # to use for any follow ups. Same is for abuse@yahoo.com

Just sending them an email, will get you no where.

Good question! I have not had a lot of success with them either! Not sure if they have something to hide or not? I am sure they all do!! If not, why do I have all this "spyware" on my computer??

I think it is just a fact that when we do transactions and interactions on these sites, certain information is gathered! Just my opinion!~

No, they don't have anything to hide.
Contacting yahoo only helps if your problem is yahoo-based.
if those features don't come from yahoo, then yahoo can't really help
