Go to you local Pet store. Go to the aquarium section and you'll find a brush on a long piece of thin plastic. you can insert it and pull it thru or shove it in and then pull it out. Its used for curved part of filters and tubes

Plug one end and put some warm soapy water and small amount of uncooked rice in it. Gently shake and move from side to side. The rice will gently remove any residue on sides. Then just rinse clean.

Assuming it can be cleaned (not etched inside) use the stiff plastic line used in edge trimmers and loose cotton to make a flexible Q-tip to push down and clean out.
