I have been uncomfortable with my appearance for several years. One of the things I am most uncomfortable with are my breasts. I know that I should only do the surgery just for me and nobody else. I am an A 34/36. I would like to be a B 34/36. I know there are a lot of men out there who like small breasts or "a handful" as a lot of people call them, so a B would still be small. I am not going to get a C or larger because they would hurt because of the way I am built and for many other reasons (back problems, clothing, etc.). Should I get surgery? Is a B cup basically the same thing as an A cup?

It is your body so if you want implants go for it.

BUT make sure you do your research first. Look at before/after pictures until it makes you sick, then look at more. Research every single PS in your area and get references and feedback from others who have gone through that PS.

Make sure you understand all of the negative and positive aspects of the surgery. There may/will be complications and issues that will arise.

Don't get implants to impress a guy or because your friends are teasing you. Like you said, guys LOVE "just a handful". Most guys I know do NOT like the feel of implants.

This site is a great source of information. Check out their support board and picture board and FAQ's about implants and take your time in making your decision.

You could always get a small C. Which you shouldn't have back problems with. Back pain comes usually with D's or higher.

If you want the surgury thats your decision. Just make sure you are only doing it for yourself. Don't worry about what guys like and the whole "handful" thing. Do what you want to do and would think looks nice.

Talk to a doctor about the risks before hand though. Best of luck!

No not at all. First reason, because when you have surgery you lose all feeling in your breasts for the rest of your life. They stay numb forever basically. Also, what about when you get older you might want to breastfeed. Also, when you have a baby your boobs get bigger anyway and most of the time they stay bigger after you are done with breastfeeding or even after the baby is born.

No a b is bigger then an a. If you feel you need it to make you feel better and have weighed the pros verses the cons then I would say go ahead and get them if not then think about it.
