why do these things happen?

Because people make it seem like this is a common occurrence when in the grand scheme of things the number of disappearances attributed to the Bermuda Triangle is less than the number of person that go missing in the united States.

We are a people that like to dismiss paranormal occurrences yet still want the hint or suggestion that there could be something happening in that is paranormal..

According to some researchers, it's because of poor documentation. Some crashes and disappearances attributed to the Bermuda Triangle (BT) actually occured some where else, and sometimes, did not occur at all. There is no direct evidence to suggest that there are more disapperances in the B.T than in any other place.

Well a way to explain the disapearance of ships is that there is a large amount of methane that comes up from the ocean floor in the bermuda triangle which can cause ships to sink because It changes the bouyancy of the water thus making items sink that shouldn't.

they say that its a magnet that sucks all metal things and when your going to puerto rico they fly around it because the plane is made of metal.
