Non-retractable roofs: two, Minnesota and Tampa Bay. And the Twins are moving to a new, open-air park in 2010 or so.

Retractable roofs: hmm, let's see... Toronto (the original), Seattle, Milwaukee, Houston, and Arizona.

Of the five new parks coming by 2011, all will be open-air.

The Metrodome and Tropicana Field.

The Rogers Centre, Minutemaid Park, Chase Field, Miller Park and Safeco Field each have retractable roofs.

The Metrodome is being replaced with an open park. Other parks are also being replaced, and with open yards. Which is more than a bit ridiculous, given the weather early in the season in the cold-weather cities of baseball and the fact that each of the parks being replaced is a northern city.
