You would first have to purchase a wireless router to install on the DSL Modem, but after that you should beable to get a signal as long as you try to limit the RF interference in your home and place the router as high up as you can close to the ceiling.

I have this setup now and I can receive a signal any were in my home.....

Only if you get the DSL line plugged into a wireless router.

You can get one in an electronics shop for 30 bucks.

in case you have a router then what you relatively prefer is a on the spot get right of entry to factor that's an upload directly to your modern router and could occupy one port. Your different selection is to change your router with a on the spot router and maximum have 4 ports so as which you have got some instruments under pressure and a few on the spot. you may observe that that the on the spot get right of entry to factor will could bodily be close to the router because of the fact it will be linked and that would advise you have got ineffective zones in different factors of your place. This has plenty to do including your place's format and what's interior the partitions. Be arranged to be versatile with the place you employ the pc or place the get right of entry to factor.
