OK, but you've got a few problems with some of the wording of some of the questions.
Vice Presidents can vote in any ELECTION they're registered to vote in, but that clearly isn't what you mean.
c is what you're looking for, but, as I say, the wording is wrong.
2. dunno. I'd guess b.
3. c. But then the question doesn't make sense, does it? Who can declare war is the question.
4. b
5. b (I find this one oddly written, too, but given the choices, I'll take b. I mean, you have to either have confessed or been convicted.)
6. d -- kinda odd, too. Obama wasn't in the federal government then; Bush doesn't vote in Congress, what with being president and all.
7. I'm guessing b. Did you know that the longest undefended border in the world is the U.S. Canadian border?
8. dunno. I'll guess a.
9. c
10. Uh, is this a trick question? The Constitution can be ammended only by 2/3 vote of both Senate and House, and of state legislatures. If you mean interpret, then Supreme Court.
11. ??? sorry this one doesn't make sense. Salaries of judges? That doesn't fit the list at all. I don't know what this is asking, really. I don't know what "no treason trial for politics" means.
12. a. You left out assembly and the right to petition the government for redress of grievences.
13. He waffled on this one a LOT. Sometimes he said a., sometimes b. and c. after the fact.
14. d (you mean running for the nomination for the Republican party -- the platform is what the winner will be running on after the nomination.)
15. a (unless he's Catholic, but I'm pretty sure he isn't).
dem
You need to allow for other parties, as there's more than 2.
It's HARD getting clean data, isn't it?
I also hope you realize that you're not getting a random sample of any identifiable population. You're getting a self-selected sample of people who are on the net, on the YA site, and see this question (therefore, skewing heavilty toward those looking in the Politics section of the site).
You can't come to any sound statistical conclusions regarding, say, American voters, or Americans, or even people who visit the Politics section of YA.

It appears you are a "Young Republican" learning to cheat like the residing idiot!
The World Factbook (ISSN 1553-8133; also known as the CIA World Factbook)[1] is an annual publication of the Central Intelligence Agency of the United States with almanac-style information about the countries of the world. The Factbook provides a two- to three-page summary of the demographics, geography, communications, government, economy, and military of 268 U.S.-recognized countries, dependencies, and other areas in the world.
The World Factbook is prepared by the CIA for the use of U.S. government officials, and its style, format, coverage and content are primarily designed to meet their requirements.[2] However, it is frequently used as a resource for student papers, web sites and non-governmental publications.[1] As a work of the U.S. government, it is in the public domain.[3]
