I just got married 3.5 months but was unaware i was pregnant at the time(i was bleeding). My hubby and i dated 2 yrs he is 25 yrs old and i am 21 yrs old still in college. Before marriage we took a 4 month break because he was not sure.During the break i had a fling with an ex.bf we have a history (flings/dating)going back to HS. Month later hubby and i got married.I found out 2 months into our marriage that i was 4 months pregnant with my ex.bfs child.I came clean to my hubby he said he forgave me but 2 weeks later i came home to an almost baren apartment and message from his lawyer.I tried getting in touch with him but could not finally today he called me we got into a fight because he thinks i am lying about everything
which is NOT true .He wants me to move out of the house so it can be sold!I feel if i agree to move out even though i cant afford the house i will be sealing the divorce? My ex.bf offered to let stay at his place if i do that i feel it will really be over w/ no hope?

You know your husband best. If you have a feeling that your husband may forgive you then it probably wouldn't be a good idea to stay with your ex-boyfriend. But if it's over then it's over. Maybe your ex will be willing to step up and be a good father.

Get an attorney that specializes in divorce. From a laymans perspective, you can stay in the house until it is sold unless you are a threat to him. You said he moved out. Which technically is abandonment. Personally, I am glad you told him what happened, and he is shallow and thoughtless to not at least try to work it out. Last, you should have never gotten married with the track record of having "flings" etc. Get a child support order immediately from you ex bf. Explain to your husband you love him and want to work things out.

Sister you are in a tough place. Try to talk to him, tell him you are telling the truth and you love him with every beam in your body. Ask him why he suddenly changed his mind about you. Tell him that you are not moving out if he wants to sell the house fine but you will stay there til its sold and you want half the profit. Don't go down, hold you head up high and have faith in yourself. DO NOT move in with your ex...that will seal your marriage and you have not much chance on getting anything. You are married and that is half of your stuff.

do not move out, the house is just as much yours as it is his. You will definitely kill the marriage if you move in with your ex. maybe you guys can go to counseling. Stay in the house until everything is resolved or until the divorce is final. That is a tough situation, GET A LAWYER. If he already has one you need one to back you up.

It already sounds as if this is a done deal especially if he has an attorney and wont talk to you in person. Now you must decide with whom you and the baby ar better off with here
