im looking for a reliable, cheap to insure and run 125cc bike to commute on and was wondering if anyone could help me? p.s has to look good and be quite fast also

yep honda cg, cheap to buy bullet proof mechanics and a perfect about towner. tops out at 65-70. dont ever pay more than a grand for any model second hand category 1 condition. brand new they only cost about 1700. as for looks its only a commuter but it is a proper first motorbike.

Just get yourself a Honda C90.
These machines are bloody unbelievable!!
They will go forever.
Honda have made over 40 million of them.
Think about that, 40 MILLION, more then the entire population of Canada.
If you want reliabilty, ease of use, and cheap spares, then you can't go wrong, alternately if you want looks and expense then look elsewhere.

Get yourself a Baja Discover DTSi (Indian Model)
It will cost you about 900-1000$
it's a four stroke bike so expect a mileage of 60 to 70 kmpl (Depends on your driving skill)

best 125 cc sports bike is the cagiva mito or the apprillia rs 125.

try the scooter and bike shop, same as the cg125, but at £850 brand new on the road its a bit cheaper.

id recommend a honda cg125, theyre pretty nippy and look ok and you get about 110 mpg as well
