Anyone who knows the latest news when will the psp 3.40 downgrader will be released?..?

i'm still patient for waiting. i've got UMDs and Demos to kill my time. There's a hard downgrade available using mod chip but i don't want my psp to be opened. Positive responses will be greatly appreciated.. Negative response is ok also.. hehe! ^_^
