When I was in college, I lost my virginity, & I was embarrassed because it was publicized in the school newspaper. I didn't know any better, but I now realized I should've sued.

Um...can you explain in short? What u mean you lost your virginity and that it was publicized in the newspaper. This does sound like a bad thing to happen, but I don't understand.

That is aweful thing to happen. Sueing the person for it would have done nothing. but Making a stand for it would. It would say you can't write some thing about some one for the publics eye. It is rude and imature to write in a news paper that some took some one elses virginity. That is aweful.

Yes you should have sued. That was very irresponsible of the school to allow that to be printed. Too bad your partner had to brag about it. I am sorry this happened to you. The guy was a PIG and did not deserve you. We always learn the hard way, don't we?

This is something that should be private to someone so maybe even something simple can be done.Maybe if you talk to some people in the legal field to find out if its not too late to take some kind of action.
