Exercising of any kind is good for you and at four months, you are probably not doing anything too harmful however; I would suggest that you be extremely careful if you do run. Make sure your child does not 'criss-cross' in front of you, or other objects (toys, sticks, bricks, etc) are in the way which could cause you to fall. I would also suggest that you have good shoes that absorb shock. Running can be hard on your back (you will need your back during delivery!), and can also shock the uterus if you run too hard or too fast. Just be careful. I ran during the early months, but after four - I stopped. Instead - I walked at a fast pace. Good luck.

No it is safe, as long as your Dr has not told you not to. Don't over do it, listen to your body. I would also begin slowly if you haven't already been on a fitness routine.
