if a foreigner marries a Filipine in the Phils. & divorces her in his country can he marry in the Phils.again?

if a foreigner married a Filipina in the Philippines, then some time later returns to his own country & obtains a divorce from her in his own country. If he returns to the Philippines & marries another Filipina in the Philippines; will his marriage to the second Filipina be legal in the Philippines?

you have to have your marriage in the country of origin declared null and void... try legal separation ao annullment... otherwise you can be charged with polygamy...

As long as one obtains a legal divorce from whatever country theyre in then remarries in another then the second marriage is legal
