Well, if it were between law and being optional..... I would have to vote optional. However that's because I am a restaurant manager and it probably wouldn't fit into our schedule. If I worked in an office... it'd be nice to take a little power nap.

Many corporations are going to the power naps. I would not vote it into law though.

Why would you have to vote for it?

Most people get at least a thirty minute lunch. What you do with it is your own buisness.
