You sound like me!!! I'm 7 weeks and 2 days pregnant.
My appetite has gone down because I feel so sick at times, and water? HATE WATER all of a sudden. It makes me sick. ALL THIS IS NORMAL! But it feels weird huh?

Imagine how frustrated I am! I have an appetite, but when I go to eat, I eat two bites and I feel like I can't eat any more. Then I feel so hungry I could be sick... just do what the doctor tells you... eat very small meals every two hours and make sure that you are drinking in between meals. Gatorade has a high sodium content, which isn't really good for you. It is hard enough to keep from getting bloated without that. I drink watered down juice with a lot of ice. It is better than water all day... plus, if you are drinking something like Gatorade, it tastes watered down anyway. The juice is a lot better for you in the long run.

Yes, you can definitely have a loss of appetite with pregnancy. A good rule is just to eat whatever does sound good to you. If your appetite doesn't improve within 2 weeks and you know you are not eating well, contact your physician. Yes, you can drink gatorade, but be careful with the amount of gatorade that you drink, as gatorade has electrolytes in it and this may put your electrolytes out of normal range, therefore making you feel sicker. You could flavor water with other things, such as crystal light, koolaid, lemon, lime, or other fruit flavors.

The concept possibly occurred approximately 6 weeks earlier Feb. 6. that would make it precise around December 25. Dec. 31 could be incredibly not likely. concept in many circumstances happens approximately 10 days after the 1st day of a era, and the counting starts off with the 1st day of the era earlier the thought. so which you subtract approximately 10 days from the "being pregnant time" to confirm while the thought befell.

any source of hydration is ok, and if you have a lack of appetite gatorade will give you some calories. Tryt to find anything that appeals to you, even if its just milkshakes! Your appetite will return to normal soon enough.

Gatoraide is very high in sugar! Try putting some natural fruit in your water...lemon, cucumber, Orange, apple, whatever! Don't use a lot just use enough to make the water more palatable for you. It would be better for you than artificial sweeteners and chemically processed drinks. Also...drinking things high in sugar like gatoraide and soft drinks can lead to gestational diabetes.

I didn't have much of an appetite while I was in the early stages of my pregnangy. I lost weight in the begining and my Dr. said that it was very normal and not to worry. Good luck and have a happy pregnancy.
