the shingles leaked in my sunroom so I have replaced them last summer the rest have next to no ashphalt left on them with the paper below exposed.who do I get warranty from?

If you cannot find the roofing manufacturer's name in your warranty paperwork, try calling the builder. If this doesn't do any good, try removing one or two shingles - it may be that the name of the manufacturer is printed on the underside. Any manufacturer's warranty will be pro-rated and may not cover the labor cost.

Thomasfield, as any other home builder, relies on the warranty of the shingle manufacturer. Hopefully, you retained your original paperwork so you know which manufacturer supplied the product.
