What's the matter Cons, still can't stand the fact that you lost the last election and that Hastert isn't Speaker anymore? None of you hardly know the first thing about Nancy Pelosi but you'll take every opportunity to trash her name simply because she's a Democrat.

Speaker. She speaks for the people. Her approval rating is higher than the President's and since becoming speaker, Congress' approval rating has gone up 15%. She had the courage to speak up on the controversial subject of the war in Iraq and try to find a compromise to the funding bill. She is someone who understands the power of diplomacy.

I just want to say screw you to anyone who gives this the thumbs down because one word really doesn't say much. My fear is in the turmoil that is created by her in an already tough political situation. I think there were better choices out there than this woman and I also think there were worse choices, either way she is in there and we have to deal with her for now. It is better to try and work with what you have than it is to try and reinvent the wheel and replace somone.
