DEFINITELY!! You are never too young/old to do anything. If you have a great idea they will like it. You have to make sure its well written and long enough for a movie (1.5-2 hours). I really hope it works, send it to major movie studios and if that doesn't work try it again and may be change a bit of the script. Don't mention your age immediately because some adults would reagrd it as not good enough.
Good luck with it!!

Honesty, the movie industry is desperate for new scripts. Just look at all the crappy remakes and TV-to-movie things they keep coming up with. Of course you have a shot at someone buying your script. But honesty, if you really want this to happen the best thing you could do right now is to keep writing it. When you finish it, go back and make revisions, over and over again. I'm sure this isn't exactly what you want to hear, but your chances of making your script into a movie are so much better once you've completely perfected it, and that could take a while, unless you get working on it. Good luck, and have fun with it!

Concentrate on the story. If the story is good, you've got most of the battle won. Plug in good characters, characters your audience will either love or love to hate. Then, remember to tell the story with more pictures and actions than words.
Watch films and see what there is about the ones you like that make you like them. Then use the tools of the writers of those films. Watch films that are considered all time classics like Casablanca and try to figure out why they have been popular for so long.
Then, write and revise and write and revise.
I hope you are a huge success.

First things first. Do your best to make it as good as you can.
After you finish this one write another one. Get as good as you can at writing scripts and maybe some day you can do it for a living.

Go forward!!! My peers and I are all writing books and it is going FANTASTIC!! Although many publishers wont take you critically, dont allow them to keep you down. Once it is written, take a look at to go into it into contests, should you win, then you'll be able to have well assets.GOOD LUCK
