HP Deskjet 5440 and since yesterday it will NOT turn on!! Also under control panel then Printers + Faxes it says that it's "offline" and its grayed out. Help please!!!

Make sure that the power cord is plugged into the wall and printer properly. Once I tried to spend 6 hours figuring out why my computer wouldn't turn on before I realized it wasn't plugged in..

sounds such as you bought a bad one. Is it nevertheless under guarantee? Did you sign up it? especially situations you are able to circulate onsite and get solutions you want. Mine occassionally has that's little fits. have you ever programmed it to artwork offline? I relatively have a relatively recent form that saved doing that until I programmed it to artwork offline. All my different printers rapidly did it. try turning it on once you're on line and notice what happens. If no longer i could touch HP on line and notice what they say.

No power = offline
Change your power brick, after you have checked and changed the fuse

check if everything is plugged in right.
and if it still doesnt turn on, it is probabely broken
