Alright what do you think about our names? I am 13 weeks pregnant with #1.

Richard Aiden - baby will go by Aiden (husbands dad is Richard Alvin, his little brother is Richard Andrew. husbands dad died about a year ago)

Jacob Timothy (I just like jacob and my brother(my best friends)name is Timothy)

Ryan James (Ryan is my Stepdads middle name and James is my dads middle name)

haha....I don't really like Richard either, but it's a family name and I want to name my baby after my husbands deceased dad-cause his little brother (richard andrew) can't have any children.

I like Aiden Richard...it still honors the family tradition and may actually head off some confusion as the child enters school, etc.

I would have to go with Jacob Timothy or Ryan James!!

i really like ryan james but i would switch them around and go with james ryan that way ur dads name is before ur step dad ... thats just my opionon .. or i would go with jacob timothy i wouldnt go with richard aiden .. too big of a mouth ful ..

I like Ryan James it sounds so cute, I also like Richard Aiden but maybe that would be one to many R.A.'s in your family....:) Just my opinion :)

I would definitely try to have your father-in-laws name included to honor him. My sympathy to your husband on the loss of his father.

Alt: You could always give him a longer name by having two middles:

Richard Ryan James

ah......you got my head spinning with all those explainations.

I think you need to not over think this. You have lots of time before your son is born. No need for you to make a decision now.
With all those reasons to name the baby after some one I fear you might upset someone.

Some people wait until their baby is born and figure out which names fit the baby
