I plan to go to law school but luckily I found a job that allowed me to attend school so I decided to leave UOP and attend California State university.

I will graduate from California State University within 2 1/2 yrs but one question--When I Apply To Law School Will They Look At My UOP Grades? If I were to just send my California State University will they nail me for not sending in my UOP grades?

Are there any admissions officers out there who can shine some light on this issue. Can universities run a search to verify all college/universities attended by any applicant since I don't want to show my UOP attendence which I throw out.

I attended Santa Monica College then transfered out to UOP. But from UOP I decided to re-apply to the California State University...can I throw out my UOP grades?

Only possible if you never had those UoP credits transferred over to csu (or even merely TRIED getting them transferred). Transferred credits get recorded into your new transcript with the full detail of where they came from so you can't weazle out of it.

Why do I have a bad feeling about this - a person who wants to be an attorney and who wants to start his law career by lying about his background.

They are going to ask you to supply transcripts for all the college courses you have taken since high school. If you tranfer even one course for credit at CSU then on your CSU transcript it will specifically say that you transferred from U of P. If you don't give them all the transcipts and then later it turns out that they find out your U of P history (Say, if you had a student loan at U of P and then apply for a loan years later), then you can be expelled for lying on your application.

Maybe it is a waste of time saying this to a future attorney, but honesty is the best policy.

Save yourself the embarrassment and burn all evidence that you attended UofP.
