When i first noticed your question i noticed some of the middle name suggestions is rose. Yes Lily Rose is cute....but 2 flower names? A think it might be a tad to much but if you like that then go with it. I think Lily Elizabeth or Lily Marie would be simple and cute. I also love the combo of Lily Jean. Lily Jean is short and sweet. A middle name is still an important part of a name, even though it isn't said nearly as often. It should have a strong meaning that means so much to you as a parent. What ever the gender of the baby is, i'm sure you'll be a great, loving mom and that your baby will be happy and healthy =)

We had picked out the name Lily too, but then we found out it was a boy, but we were going to name a girl Lily Ann.

My cousin's name is *Lily Lavender*. They were going to call her Lavender Lily, but changed their minds at the last minute. I agree with what everyone else has suggested *Lily Rose*, I think that is a beautiful name. My cousin Lily's younger sister is named Ruby Rose. Congrats and best of luck ♥
