I would think that you could tell them you want no interviews. I mean it's your likeness they'd be showing and you have to sign something for them to legally show you so you can just choose not to sign. I'd prefer it that way too. Course when you win the lotto you don't get it all up front anyway. Taxes take a bunch and they pay it to you in installments.

you can have the money put into an anonymous trust fund with you as the beneficiary. A lawyer who deals in trusts can help you with this. You can also take the money and be anonymous.
