The simplest? "No, I'm straight, actually." without being defensive or angry. Or just ignore them and walk away. Using sexuality as an insult deserves no "come-back"

What do you mean comeback? Are you bisexual? Are you not, being straight or gay or a lesbian? Do you not like to be called bi?
It's not a diss to be called bi if you are and it was said in a nice way. Most times any word can be turned into a diss or something nice by the way it's said and who is saying it.
I've heard "Halfbreed" as a diss for bisexuals. If you're bi and somebody calls you bi then just reply "hell yeah" or ignore them. Your choice.
