When you get married, you have to know the MAN AND the WOMAN has the same indeeds from one another. There is not any difference. You have to let her know that marriage don't mean "control or in charge", she can take care of some things and you can take care of some things, one shouldn't have all charge of all things, that is a compulsive behavior and very controlling. Talk to her about how you feel. I wish you the best of luck.

If your wife wants a divorce, there is nothing you can do to stop it. However, here is what you CAN do:

1. If there are children involved, be a good father, attend to all their needs first and don't bad-mouth the ex no matter what. Children know who is the good parent and who is the bad.
2. Protect your assets. Hire an attorney and make sure you get your share of the house, contents and assets.
3. Exit gracefully. Don't be spiteful/hateful/hanging on. Just let her go, get what you can from the settlement and move on with your life. That's the best you can do.

set up an appt. with a divorce lawyer ASAP like yesterday. Not to talk about a divorce actually but find out your rights. Sounds like she's just trying to erase you from her life and keep everything else the same. Don't take it and don't leave until u see an attorney. Ask friends or relatives for a referral to a good one.

She has a right to be without you if she wants. But if you both own the property, you have a right to that too....and you can settle in court who needs to "go". Personally, I'd just go and move on with my own life while filing the paperwork to get what I'm entitled to as a co-partner in the marriage. I would not waste my time being with someone that DOESN'T want me, when somewhere out there is someone that WILL....with no question...and why die cheating myself out of that?

What do you mean? :

A) It's time to go because she thinks she's in charge and told you it's time to go?

OR

B) It's time to go because she thinks she's in charge when you believe you are in charge?

Have you even asked your wife what she thinks? Are you a mind reader? Is it common for you to decide what it is she personally thinks?

Maybe someone could help you if you were more clear on what your issue is exactly?

Find out why? That is rude for her not to explain to you why.
If she wants out she can have that, you can't hold her hostage. But if you want to work it out talk and communicate.
Good luck.
