Yes, it does cost extra. However, there are combination tickets you can buy to get into both. Also, if you are staying in a hotel near the park, the hotel might have some deals which come for your room...which might include tickets to Soak City! If you are staying at a hotel, check the different ones for prices. I recommend Castaway Bay, it's a blast, and even includes its own indoor water park!
