I thought it was ctrl f11 but it's not working. HELP

you need to do the recovery which is either on disc or under system tools, before you do this make sure u do a back up on files you want to keep. also save any email addresses. I did this one time and lost everything on our computer, (partner was not happy when i did this lol but all is forgiven)

If you don't have a master hard drive look on your PCs hard drives. You might find an option that gives you the ability to create a master hard drive with you CD burner. The option will more than likely be found in your D drive.

I was thinking that you should go to Dells website. Hit Alt + F4 on the keyboard. Should bring up a window, giving you detailed instructions on your model and how to restore it to the original date.

You have to use the Restore Disk that Dell gave you when you bought your system.

im thinking, put the default wallpaper back, and delete anything you put on there ;)
