My Pentium D 945 3.4 ghz is overheating...again

Its getting about 70-75 degrees when i play games for about 20-30 minutes or when i convert videos ..etc

It happened to me in the fall so i bought an Ultra fan thats goes 3600 rpm but sounds like a jet engine

but now that its summer it seems like its overheating again

i have 3 case fans as it is

2 weeks ago i cleaned my computer and put new thermal paste on hopeing it would solve the heating problems but it didnt

any suggestions on a good fan
i kind of want one thats silent idk the Decibels on the one i have now

i dont really want to spend more then $60

Definately better than the Zalman the first guy recommended. With this heatsink, you should be able to put in the old quieter case fans.

Yup, get some thermal paste like arctic silver. you purely prefer a drop. it relatively is mandatory to make reliable touch so as that the superb of the CPU can flow all its warmth to the warmth sink. The wallet and rocks are possibly blockading cool air from being pushed down additionally. Are you lacking the carry down clips? Or are the tabs that the clips clamp onto broken off? final week, the plastic tabs on the CPU mounts for 2 diverse Dell desktops broke off on me.
