Don't listen to anyone that is going to send negative comments.
There are clinical psychologists that will schedule some time to talk with you about your feelings and emotions. You could also try someone at your religious organization to talk or find some help with psychology books , support groups and other places where you can just vent out a little bit and have someone listen. Even better when you have a close friend you can trust also .

i started a web page on my space and started adding friends. it was a big help met a lot of people and it gave me something to do in my free time and not to think about the pain...

I have found a great support group at church. Also, www.dailystrength.org has a great support group for divorce. It's really helped me.
