I cannot pinpoint a certain age. Learning is a lifelong process. I have been surprised by receiving help from many people when I didn't expect it. I have been surprised too by receiving endless slander and criticism from people who don't even know me well. So, the range of Pandora's box in my life has been huge. What remains is hope. Learning to tolerate the extremes and still having faith and going on. Forgiving oneself and others...Taking the good into account as well and hoping to pass it on to those in need when I get a chance. I am still struggling.

That I jolly well better learn to swim since I learned to dive but not swim and nearly drowned-Lifeguard thought I was clowning around in the deep end and went down 3 times and my sister had to pull me out! I learned to swim-swam in the ocean off Ca. and was told,when I swam to shore, that sharks had been sighted closer in than where I was -a week later my parents sent a newspaper of a person killed by a shark at that very place..
