Usually guys will say, "Shut up, I don't want to hear it anymore." However, I think that is pretty mean. I prefer a more polite "Sweetie, I am going to count to three and then you are to be quiet." If she doesn't, usually she would need to be sent to her room. Seriously.

Okay...I left a part out..what I prefer to say is. Honey, I have made the decision and it is final. Then if she isn't quiet I say "Sweetie, I am going to count to three and then you are to be quiet." I think this context puts this in a whole lot better light.

And then what would be the point of having him for my man?
I thought all these people said Communicaton is at the heart of a great relationship.
I am always eager to hear anything he has to say. He always responds in conversation with respect for me.
And we haven't argued once in the 5 years we've known each other.
So this "Sweetie, I'm going to count to three" crap that you learned from your mom when she ran the daycare is not appropriate for adult interaction.
A real man says, "I can see your point hon, even if I don't agree with it." and moves on. His entire ego does not hinge on the possiblity that I may or may not follow his orders. He loves and respects me very much. I adore him for that. And so, I am very willing to reward him, then, I'd say, just about every night. : )

actually,i think that is very polite and respectful - everyone has been told to shut up,with added curses - i would much rather hear that, then the latter. i would respect him,and be quiet.actually - i would nod,say ok honey, then remain quiet. if the issue needed further attention,or i needed further clarification on the matter - i would bring it up at a later time, perhaps while snuggling in bed, when we would be refreshed and he would be more patient.

Haha you have to be kidding. What makes you think that the woman is obligated to follow your commands just because you happen to be a couple?
Who cares if you've "Made a decision" maybe she's made one to. So why should she go with your decision, when she has the right to think for herself?

No of course not .
I don't get it Sandstorm --how can you go from asking a really thoughtful, meaningful question like the one about if you believe in God --to something like this one ?
If you are just trying to make us women mad then fine -- you have accomplished your task. But if you really believe the garbage you spew out such as this -- you will never find a woman --no one would put up with such nonsense.
Thank God I have a wonderful man who treats me with respect and equality. He would never tell me to shutup or to be quiet as I would never tell him that. And send a women to her room -???? She is not a child --she and her man are equal adults with the same rights and should be treated with respect -- not domination and humiliation --- which seems to be your p***poor attitude.
I pity you if you really believe your own idiotic ideas.
And if you are joking --well --hardy har har --guess the laugh's on us --but it's sure in poor taste.

I've only been forbid to speak once and I can't even remember what it is I said to make him mad.
We were in the car, arguing about something stupid and he said, "if you say another word, I don't know what I'll do."
...of course, I kept talking but in a much nicer tone.

If you're going to try to shut the woman in your life up, then you deserve to be alone. Send a her to her room? Is she a puppy that you lock outside when she makes an accident? You need to treat her with respect.
Actually the way you said it sounds more impolite and less caring. It gives off an "I'm better than you and you'd do well to listen to me vibe." No one deserves that type of treatment.

I heard this is no longer sparkling to do it with an uncircumsized p*n*s, becoz extra micro organism is left contained in the "sleeve", yet once you like what he makes you sense this is solid, possibly this is only how a guy makes use of his thingie that concerns...

Dude I think something is seriously wrong with you and you need to reconsider asking these kind of questions. You are getting a lot of people mad and fired up at you. If that is what you want to do, then it's working!

No, he never has. I wouldn't say that to him either. We respect each other mutually and are equals in our relationship. If he said that to me I'd probably have a chuckle.
