take the first letters of foxtrot, uniform, charlie, and kilo, and you should end up with a rather rude 4 letter word

the whole "Foxtrot uniform" bit is a code used by the military to be transmitted in orders. the first letter of each word is written down. It was used so that if anyone were listening in that didn't know the code, all they would get was a bunch of words that didn't make any sense in a sentence.

so Foxtrot Uniform Charlie Kilo = F. U. C. K.

and the song is euphemisms (descriptions) of that, using random words.

it's UN callsigns.... or police callisgns... like when police read off liscence plates.. the go. burger one five kilo seven... for B15K7 because letters have the same sounds like D and B or like B and 'bee' just look at the first letter of each word and you'll see...
