Get her a gift basket or flowers she's your boss if shes 19 then you can't be all that old yourself. It is not necessary for an employee to spend a whole bunch of money on a boss (not unless you had other employees pitch in with you) you really do not need to spend more than about $20 on it so get a card and an inexpensive gift basket or flowers

Purse, candles, some kind of accessories are always good, perfume, Try to go long with something she is into. Like if she loves her car or her dog. Get her something to do with what she talks about a-lot or something she mentioned wshe wanted last month and didn't get.
