Get a DOS computer and a little utility data base program called "MYDATA"... it would work great for your needs and you can get the equipment donated by anyone who wants to get rid of their old DOS computer.

Usually I would say Microsoft Excel, but if you want free there is open office which does the same and Microsoft office. It is free to download and can be found on www.openoffice.org
