most won't like this answer...but "cheating" and "outside interference" have become standard fare

there was a time in WCW when over 90% of matches were not "good, clean fights"

although I appreciate the dynamics of heels and faces...the true art of professional wrestling as a stage for the fans includes great drama, which, yes, includes "cheating" and other things that riles fans up and makes them want...you guessed it

a Re-Match!!!!

..Ok.

For me, a great wrestling match is a very high intense match where such athleticism, charisma, power and the thrill itself runs all through you. It's something really passive when two people wrestle; giving everything they got and is seen giving tremendous effort on the said match.

For me, Hardcore/Ladder matches are great because there is something thats thrilling about it -- well I guess it's the wrestlers. I watch it most when Edge [Yes, Im an Edge head] and Christian are involve. It's really fascinating and highly entertaining knowing anything can really happen.

Another favorite is cruiserweight matches where there are really high flying manouvers. It really shows athletic abilities and it really makes me wow. Back in the days, the division is really great, so many cruiserweights are flying high doing moonsaults and all that.

The diva matches are another thing. For some reason, I find myself not getting bored and get really entertained with the matches especially when Lita or Trish is involoved. The division is really getting better and hopefully they'll rise again.

Lastly, the long feuds are also very interesting because you want someone to win because he's cool or great or you think has the better capabilities to win but then it's the other guy who won the match so you're like "It's not fair" [at least for me it is]. ex. Cena - Edge feud. I'm for Edge not because I hate Cena but I think he is overrated for the title and I want someone else to takeover. Since Triple H is out, I want Edge...

Disagree,Blood does not something to make a journey greater useful,ok it may upload greater drama to a journey whether it is going to be finished in the middle or end of a huge feud,it provides greater excitment to a journey,it is not mandatory between 2 adult men who're basically thrown at the same time in some filler journey,Blood does not could desire to be there,it serves no purpose if 2 random adult men are justing beating one yet another up for no reason,it somewhat is basically dumb,It provides not something to the journey and can somewhat destroy the journey, the different element blood is barely good for is realizim,i'm talking approximately if say it somewhat is a highway combat, and Wrestler A hits Wrestler B with a steel Chair over the pinnacle countless circumstances yet Wrestler does not bleed, that doesn't make experience with the aid of fact if i've got been to hit you over the pinnacle with a chair a pair of circumstances, you would be bleeding,i comprehend Wrestling is ''pretend'',whether it is going to nevertheless have some realizim (whether you spell it) to Wrestling,i propose,no person is going to purchase a guy not bleeding inspite of the fact he has gotten killed by potential of a chair. What Makes a brilliant journey or a good journey or a classic journey is how the Wrestlers do is what makes a journey super,What they do in the hoop will make it membeable,How super they could pull off there strikes in the hoop is what's important, the timing off there strikes and how they could connect with the followers, even the perfect journey can prove crap if it does not connect with the followers. Blood basically hightens the drama at perfect, whether it won't make the journey from now on useful.

Selling your match!!!!! It just like selling a product, make everything look good. All moves has to be on key, I don't care about mic skills as long as a wrestler can keep their energy up and go for broke. Examples: Shawn Michaels, Rey Mysterio(Sabu was the one that mess their match up with wrong time moves), Benoit, and Eddie G., they all are great at selling their matches!!! I think one of the greatest matches of all-time was Shelton Benjamin vs. Shawn Michaels. Check it out: http://www.vidilife.com/video_play_744351_Shawn_Michaels_vs_Shelton_Benjamin.htm

Good Wrestlers that feed off of eachother, fair match, no gimmick matches needed, no tables, ladders, or chairs.

And a storyline that doesnt insult their audiences intellgence. (hence why WWE fials to deliver these days)
