I prefer the name Jaydin. Only because Kiryn looks like it might be missprononced sometimes.
When is the baby due? I have a few friends that have sept. birthdays.

I definitely like Kiryn better. I like them both, but Jaydin is used more than Kiryn.

Jaydin- I'm not quite certain how the other name is pronounced, & if you hadn't said a daughter, I may have mistaken it for a boy's name. So, assuming other people may hesitate over the name as well, you'd save your child from having people stumble over her name.
