He is not really injured he is semi retiring and his real injury is a blown out knee. but according to the wrestling fans his out with a concussion.
RVD is also faking he is injured because on a spoiler about 4 days ago he said he would be on a vavaction and he might (or might not) return to the wwe so this 'injury' is just an excuse for both of them really

HBK had knee surgery last wednesday and the operation went well. He wont be able to put any weight on it for a month or two and then he will be doing rehab and is expercted back at the end of the summer. But he will definently be back before Survivor Series. But according to wwe.com HBK is out with a concussion but that was just because HBK had been putting of surgery to the DX stuff and when HHH got injured he had to stay on wwe tv for a little longer but in his match against Edge before Judgement Day he landed on his knee badly which made it worse that is why wwe stated he had concussion.

Shawn Micheals is going to be out for a number of months due to a knee injury which he has had for a long time now but has finally gotten to much to cope with. He will have to undergo surgery and could be out till at least Survivor Series time. The WWE are covering his injury with a concussion angle which Randy Orton is also involved in.

He's had a knee injury that needed surgery but he's been putting it off.He blew out his knee at a house show 2 weeks back which meant he really needed the surgery this time.
That's why the storyline has him unable to continue his match v Orton & he was counted out.It's to let HBK have the time off to get the op.He's supposed to keep his weight off it for a month according to the doc - the same one who operated on Undertaker btw.He's meant to return around September time.

Hes fine hes just out with a knee surgery that he post poned so he could do his DX angle.
He did sya however if you bought more of his "Jesus Christ is DX" shirts he'll feel better

J.R. said last night on WWE that Michaels has been released from doctors care and that the doctors have done all that they can do for him. Hopefully he will be just fine.
